The company is engaged in the provision of waste management and recycling services to residents, businesses, contractors, and municipal customers. It was established in July of 1998. The registered business office of the company is located in Barcelona, Spain. The company offers waste removal and recycling services for apartment complexes, industrial buildings, strip malls, office complexes, retail stores, and small businesses; and dumpsters or roll-off boxes for cleanup, construction, or demolition needs. It strives to limit the environmental impact of the plant; to improve plant safety and health conditions; to adapt to changes in the quality and quantity of the waste it receives; to optimize production of biogas; to maximize production of compost; to minimize factory discharge (waste that cannot be made use of); to minimize the percentage of organic matter in factory discharge; and recover the maximum amount of recyclable material possible. The company is active and operational in Spain. It has strategic alliances with Urbaser S.A., Comsa Emte, and Tersa.
