The company is engaged in the provision of engineering services in the construction, specializing in the electrical and mechanical fields. Its business was founded in 1970, and was established by Juan Gallostra Pedemonte. The company has a registered business office based in Barcelona, Spain. The company specializes in the design and calculation of electrical and mechanical facilities besides of specific equipment in the following areas: development and calculation of construction projects, quality control and installation testing, technical management for start-up facilities, engineering maintenance, information technology developments, studies of energy efficiency and sustainability, and building pathology. The company offers three service categories: project engineering (preliminary studies and design, basic projects, environmental and licensing, and detailed design); implementation engineering (construction supervision, technical supervision of start-up, and quality control/commissioning); and post-construction engineering (maintenance and technical studies including audits and emergency plans). The company works in partnership with ASINCE (Spanish Association of Engineering Consultants) and First Q Consulting Engineers, Society of European Engineering of Facilities.
