The company is engaged in the refit, repair and maintenance of large yachts. It was incorporated in January of 1990 and has its registered head office in the city of Barcelona in Spain. The company is considered as one of the largest shipyards in the Mediterranean and one of the first worldwide to be solely devoted to the megayachts sector. Its covered shed is able to paint afloat superyachts and megayachts up to 125 m2 of length, and its Syncrolift® can lift vessels up to 2000 ton, or a 150 ton Travelift. Furthermore, the company has at its disposal a 4500 ton floating dock and a 220 meter drydock. The company is certified by Lloyd's Register Group for quality (ISO 9001) and environment (ISO 14001) in the area of Superyachts refit, repair and maintenance, for the development of a Quality and Environment Management Integral Policy that complies with all the requirements set forth by such rules.
