The company is a privately held firm which operates as a general contractor of residential and nonresidential buildings, and other commercial and institutional buildings. It was incorporated in March of 1966 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Barcelona, Spain. The company is involved in the following activities: planning and designing of industrial buildings and structures by applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning regulations, building codes, and building materials; demolition or wrecking of buildings and other infrastructures; joinery installation; painting and glazing; and setting up of roof covering and frames. Moreover, the company also provides refurbishment and maintenance services to its customers.
