Its activity of purchasing, transforming and selling property is organized in three business units: residential refurbishment, office transformation, and land development. The residential refurbishment business unit is involved in acquiring units of residential buildings or buildings with mixed uses for renovation and subsequent sale. The office transformation business unit is into acquiring offices and industrial buildings for improvement, market repositioning or changes in the main use of property. The land development business unit is engaged in acquiring property complexes for modifications to create development land for construction or sale. It carries out its business in various markets and has offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Berlin and London. The company has also branches in Seville, Malaga and Palma de Mallorca.
