It was established with the objective of responding to the existing housing deficit in the African continent. The registered head office of the company is located in Barcelona, Spain. The core business of the company is the acquisition, design, construction and commercialisation of economic and social housing in Africa. It is one of the first international and European groups to enter the Northern African Real Estate sector. The company has already sold more than 5,000 units and initiated its activities in Morocco and is currently present in five countries including Morocco, Senegal, Tunisia, Mauritania and Algeria. The shareholders' base of the company is highly committed to the project and its extensive experience both in the real estate sector and developing countries represents a significant differentiating factor.
