The company is primarily engaged in the production and trade of electricity. It provides a wide range of electric services. It was incorporated in February of 2002. The company has a registered office located in Barcelona, Spain. The company is involved in electric power generation, transmission and distribution. It is engaged in one or more of the following activities: the operation of generation facilities that produce electric energy, the operation of transmission systems that convey the electricity from the generation facility to the distribution system, and the operation of distribution systems that convey electric power received from the generation facility or the transmission system to the final consumer. The company is a subsidiary of GLOBAL 3 Energía, an independent group dedicated to the ordinary systems of power production. Founded in 1996, Global 3 Energía is one of the independent groups with the greatest know-how regarding the development, financing, and management of power generation plants in the Spanish market.
