The company is engaged in the operation of an employment agency. The registered head office of the company is located in Barcelona, Spain. The company was created by Luis Conde, Gerardo Seeliger and Sixte Cambra in 1990 with the objective of discovering and hiring management talent capable of successfully leading Spanish companies, at a time of significant changes in the global economy. The company specializes in matching workers to open jobs. It is also active in screening, and selecting qualified people for a job at an organization or firm, or for a vacancy in a volunteer-based some components of the recruitment process, mid- and large-size organizations and companies often retain professional recruiters or outsource some of the process to recruitment agencies. Its main objective is to recruit the best talented executives within the marketplace for each required position. To-date, the company counts with twelve Partners and four Associates, each one specialized in one economic sector, covering the entire market requirements. It also has a Market Intelligence team of specialists who assist the Partners and Consultants in searches as well as the backing of Amrop's international network which allows access to qualified international executives in those countries where the company does not have a direct presence.
