The company is a private firm engaged in sea and coastal water transportation. It was incorporated in November of 2000 and conducts business in its registered head office located in Barcelona, Spain. The company primarily operates vessels for the transportation of passengers on the deep seas. Moreover, it also provides the following activities: cargo salvaging from distressed vessels; chartering of commercial boats; dismantling ships; operation of marine railways for dry-docking; marine salvaging; marine wrecking; piloting vessels in and out of harbors; ship registering, including surveying and classifying ships and marine equipment; and steamship leasing. The company's internal operation is within the management of Merelo de Barbera Roig Sontiago.
