The company was founded in 1997 as the European arm of the North American parent company Peli Products, Inc. Since then, It has coordinated the company's activity in Europe, Middle East and Africa from its registered head office in Barcelona, Spain. Its range of products include Protector Cases for protecting valuable equipment and advanced lighting systems. Currently, the company is recognized as the global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced lighting systems and virtually indestructible cases for protecting valuable equipment. In addition to the EMEA headquarters in Barcelona; the company opened Peli Products France S.A.S (Bourg en Bresse, near Lyon) and Peli Products Germany GmbH (Düsseldorf), in the beginning of 2008. The company is also active in the United States, Australia, Canada, China, EMEA, Japan and New Zealand.
