The pharmaceuticals division includes Acraf and Angenerico in Italy; Farma Lepori, Lab. Angenerico and DoctorActive in Spain; Angelini Farmacêutica, Rega Farma Promoçao de Produtos Farmacêuticos and Angenérico Produtos Farmacêuticos Genéricos in Portugal; and CSC Pharmaceuticals in Eastern Europe. The Consumer Packaged Goods Division includes Fater, Tenimenti Angelini, Agricola Marchigiana and Borgo Tre Rose in Italy, and Idesa and Olis de Catalunya in Spain. The Machinery Division is composed of Fameccanica.Data, which is based in Italy. The Angelini Group is also involved in real estate activities, which involve the buying and letting of property as well as redevelopment operations on property it owns. In addition, the company owns two industrial plants: FINAF 92 Fine Chemicals and FINAF 92 Pharmaceuticals. The Fine Chemicals Division offers optimal conditions and experience to contract manufacturing, R&D (I+D) and scale up. It is active on the free market of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients with products such as Diclofenac and Piracetam. The Farma Lepori, which is active in process development and industrial manufacturing of fine chemicals, becomes the commercial company for Fine Chemicals, Ethicals and OTC products.
