It was formed as a result of the merger of Fomento de Obras y Construcciones (FOSCA) and Construcciones y Contrata, S.A. (CYCSA). The company's encompasses facets of construction, and the company serves as a reference in the execution of civil engineering and building work, both in the national and international markets.
