The company, incorporated in 1998, is engaged in the construction management of the sewerage system treatment plant and reuse of wastewater of Baix Llobregat, and also in the biologic treatment of Besos wastewater plant. Headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, the company's activity concentrates in Barcelona area. It has played a major role in projects such as Hydrologic National Plant and Catalonian Wastewater Plant. It also specializes in the recovery of the last section of Llobregat River and the improvement of Barcelona beaches from Maresme to Garraf Masive. The company uses its facility that combines advanced system in wastewater treatment, and has implemented the foremost environmental measure in the Mediterranean with an overall investment of more than 500 million euros. The measure includes the wastewater treatment system for the Baix Llobregat, biological treatment carried out by the Besòs plant, one of the largest wastewater treatment plants in the world to form part of an urban network, and the inclusion of a third system for the reuse of the treated waters of the Baix Llobregat.
