This privately owned company is engaged in the wholesale distribution of titanium-zinc products. The company was incorporated in March 2003 and has its registered office in Barcelona, Spain. It is part of Umicore Group, which is one of the world-wide leaders in the non-ferrous metal refinement and is present in more than 30 countries in five continents. The company uses zinc which is not sensitive to corrosion: it protects itself by developing a patina that gives it an exceptional long life span (40 years in an aggressive urban environment to 100 years in a protected rural environment). Zinc continues to develop protective layer throughout its life and will self-repair imperfections and scratches. The company offers a full range of VM ZINC® rolled zinc and pre-formed products in the form of sheets, coils and manufactured products and systems. Its products are divided into four main areas of application: roofing and cladding, flashings principally for waterproofing and roof ventilation, rainwater systems, and ornamentation and decoration.
