The company is engaged in the provision of water supply services and irrigation systems, including retention, treatment and purification of water. It was established in 1963. The registered business office of the company is based in Barcelona, Spain. The company provides water collection, supply and related integral services in urban centers through concessions and rental agreements; health services; liquid and solid waste treatment; fitting and maintenance of water, gas and electrical installations; maintenance of heating and ventilation systems; construction and engineering; installation and maintenance of electronic and data processing equipment; transport test certificates; operation of hydraulic power stations. The company is considered a leader in the water supply business in the country, serving approximately 220 municipalities with more than one million residents throughout the country. It operates more than 60 purifying facilities and manages the residual and/or pluvial water collection. It is committed to managing basic services with strong environmental sensitivity and the improvement of the quality of life of the people and of the local communities. The company is active and operational, together with its subsidiaries, in Spain.
