It is part of GE Capital Real Estate (formerly Renta Inmobiliaria), a major player in the Spanish real estate market. The company owns a portfolio of approximately EUR1.1 billion in the Iberian region and offers a comprehensive range of capital and investment solutions, while focusing on most real estate business lines: acquisitions, asset management, and property management. From its Madrid office, it manages a number of existing assets such as the 18,055 square-meter La Albufera (shopping center and offices), the 21,300 square-meter Gobelas Complex (office building), the 29,218 square-meter Barajas 1 (office building), the 41,000 square-meter El Arbol (supermarkets/retail establishment), the 18,000 square-meter Cortefiel (with nine high street retail units), the 8,633 square-meter Aragoneses 15 (warehouse), the 44,000 square-meter Ribarroja (with 14 logistic warehouses), and the 19,015 square-meter Condesa de Venadito (office building).
