The company is engaged in providing sports advertising services. The company incorporated in July 2007 and has its registered office in Las Rozas de Madrid, Spain. It was formed through the merging of the Mediapro and Santa Monica Groups, two of Spain's leading sports marketing, exploitation and audiovisual rights management companies. The company provides the best and most comprehensive TV communication platform in professional football through the sale of advertising assets, sponsorship and consultancy. It also manages the commercialization of the perimeter advertising for all the FC Barcelona teams across a range of sports, as well as for some teams competing in the BBVA league.
