The company is the world's largest sanitary ware manufacturer.It is also a leader in European and Latin American markets. It manufactures sanitary ware, plumbing and bathroom fittings. The company has factories, distribution channels and subsidiaries across the globe. It has four factories in China and distribution channels located in Spain and India. Its ambition is to grow and become a more global company. The company has 17 brands worldwide. In Brazil, the company has four brands and are the leader with more than 50 percent of the market share. Among its export markets are Australia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Mauritius, Germany and Italy. The company was incorporated in January of 2002. As of December 2004, it has a total of 59 operating subsidiaries. It has its registered office in Barcelona, Spain.
