Incorporated in July 1988, the company has its registered office located in Barcelona, Spain. It distributes microcomputer hardware and software products, which are directly purchased from manufacturers and publishers, to value-added resellers (VARs), corporate resellers, direct marketers and retailers. The company provides customer service to resellers through its training and technical support, suite of electronic commerce tools (including Internet order entry and electronic data interchange (EDI) services), customized shipping documents, product configuration/integration services and access to flexible financing programs. It also provides services to its vendors by giving them the opportunity to participate in a number of special promotions, and marketing services targeted to the needs of the company's resellers.
