The company is a private firm engaged in the operation of port terminals in Spain. It was incorporated in the year 1990 and conducts its business from its registered head office located in Barcelona. The company has the capacity to operate all type of "Ro-Ro" and "Lo-Lo" vessels with general cargoes, containers and small bulkcarriers with no contaminating cargo. It also provides modern communication systems such as computers, modems, fax, telex and radiophones. In addition, the company provides security services with security guards and closed television circuit. The company is under the management and supervision of Trueba Herranz Guillermo, the President of the Board.
