The company is a privately held firm which is engaged in the provision of miscellaneous water transportation services. It was incorporated in August of 1998 and conducts its business from its registered head office located in Barcelona, Spain. The privately held company is involved in the following services: commercial boat rental, canal operation, cargo salvaging from distressed vessels, chartering of commercial boats, dismantling ships, lighterage, operation of marine railways for dry-docking, marine salvaging, marine surveying, and marine wrecking. In addition, the company is involved in piloting vessels in and out of harbors; ship cleaning; ship registering, including surveying and classifying ships and marine equipment; and steamship leasing.
