The company is engaged in the operation of a shipping agency. The company was founded in 1969. The registered head office of the company is located in Barcelona, Spain. The company started as the Spanish agent for the Soviet fleet until the fall of the USSR. Later, the company took on an important role in representing TRAMP ships, representing a large part of their activity. In later years the company started to represent regular shipping lines, which included the Grimaldi Group for a time. The company is representing the regular shipping lines: MEDEX CONTAINER SERVICES - offering services to Tunisia, Malta, Sicily, Egypt and the Black Sea via Malta; and SLOMAN NEPTUN SHIPPING & TRANSPORT GMBH - offering services from the Iberian Peninsula to Algeria.
