The company is engaged in the provision of complete service of transport: road, ocean and air. It was founded in January of 1994 and has its registered head office in the city of Barcelona in Spain. The company's services include maritime international traffic at any destination in the world through first class shipping lines; air international traffic to any destination of the world, through first class IATA members air companies; import and export customs clearances at any port or airport in Spain; door to door transport of merchandise in collaboration through its global network of agents, which guarantee the inspection of door to door deliveries from their pick up to their delivery; and emission of all documentation relating to the shipment from its pick up to its delivery including all legal documents, consulate visas, permits of transport of dangerous goods, certification of requirements for documentary credits. The company is a member of the following associations: IATA (International Air Transit Association), FETEIA (Federación Española de Transitarios Expedidores y Asimilados), ATEIA (Asociación de Transitarios Expedidores Internacionales y Asimilados de Barcelona), and C.T.M. (Club Transitario Marítimo de Barcelona). From its central offices in Barcelona, the company coordinates all services through all major airports and ports in Spain (Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao, Vigo and Algeciras), as well as traffics originated from the Portuguese ports of Leixoes and Lisboa. Controlling all shipments from one central location permits the company to easily control all aspects in an expedient and thorough manner. From loading/unloading, shipping, customer service, and accounting, all communication is close at hand for its customers and personnel. The company's customers include Mercedes-Benz España, S.A., Daimlerchrysler A.G., Evobus GmbH, Mercedes-Benz Omnibusse, Basf Curtex, S.A., Clariant Iberica, S.A. (Sandoz), Lafarge Texsa, Mac Puar, S.A. and Comexi, S.A. The company is part of the Mestre Group of Companies, which is founded largely by maritime companies in Spain.
