This Spanish company, founded in March of 1992, is engaged in the business of sports club management and promotion. With its registered office in Barcelona, it operates the Complex Esportiu Les Corts S.L. (also known as Les Corts), a sports stadium in Barcelona and the home ground for FC Barcelona. Les Corts was built as a result of a long-term plan by the club president, Joan Gamper, to provide FC Barcelona with its own stadium. Inaugurated in 1922, the stadium has a seating capacity of approximately 60,000 people.
