The company is engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of gearboxes for motor vehicles. It was incorporated in 1991 and it conducts business from its registered head office which is strategically located in Barcelona, Spain. The company's business operation is primarily involved in providing all types of electronically and mechatronically controlled levers and activators for all types of gearboxes. The shift-by-wire gearshifts are automatic gearshifts that replace all mechanical action. Its electronic control system and software reduce effort and improve features, allowing freedom of design and positioning in the cabin. Ultra-compact gearshifts are developed and produced with illuminated covers and knobs, with different materials and textures, as well as electronic devices and control software that include contactless sensors, both for automatic and manual transmissions.
