Construction of residential and non-residential buildings
The company is engaged in residential buildings construction as well as other related activities. It was founded in 1974 and has its registered head office in the city of Barcelona in Spain. The company develops its activity in construction for third parties, both public and private sector, chiefly in residential construction or services throughout Catalonia, with other specific projects also delivered in the Canaries, Alicante and Madrid. The works, executed over more than 30 years, cover a variety of terrains, such as newbuild housing, large scale refurbishment, office, healthcare or industrial and commercial sectors. Within the residential sector, social or affordable housing construction has taken the lion's share of its activities. The company is a subsidiary of Grup EC-EP, a holding company based in Barcelona.
