Business and other management consultancy activities
The company is a Spanish holding firm involved in the management activities of its holding companies. It provides services to the offices of holding companies such as banks and other management investment offices. It is also active in purchasing company shares not quoted on the stock exchange. The company was incorporated in May 2002. Its registered head office is located in Barcelona, the second largest city in Spain. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Caixa Holding S.A., a Spanish private company engaged in business and management consultancy which was incorporated in December 1980.
