The company is engaged in the provision of integrated services in the fields of air, sea and land transport, as well as customs clearance, logistics and distribution services. It was founded in 1990 by Antonio Lozano Ramírez and has its registered head office in the city of Barcelona in Spain. The company's services include air freight (consolidation services and door to door services); sea freight covering import and export from/to all countries, LCL and FCL shipments, customs formalities, conference and outsiders lines, multimodal services, and provision of own consol services for import and export; international road transport; customs clearance covering insurances, authorizations and, in general, all formalities needed for imports and exports; and integral logistics covering storage and distribution, reception and sorting of merchandise, verification and control of stocks, labelling, and consolidation and deconsolidation. The company has its offices in Barcelona and Madrid.
